Georgia Scott
Georgia Scott is currently Associate Professor of English at the University of Gdansk.Georgia Scott is the pseudonym of Cheryl Alexander Malcolm. She has had her poetry translatedinto Danish, Polish, Czech, Romanian and Bulgarian. Before going to Poland, she travelled to China and lived in Japanand Britain. She has worked as a reporter, a human rights activist, and on radio. Her first collection of poems,The Good Wife, was published by Poetry Salzburg in December 2001 (2nd ed. 2002).She also co-edited (with Zbigniew Joachimiak & David Malcolm) Dreams of Fires: 100 Polish Poems 1970-1989(Poetry Salzburg, 2004).
